SOC 2 certification is an international standard that attests to a vendor’s ability to protect its customers’ data in accordance with the highest standards of security, availability, and confidentiality. For your procurement and compliance teams, it serves as an independent, trusted third party that validates our practices without requiring you to conduct a full audit of our systems. It tangibly streamlines your supplier risk assessment processes and reduces contract approval times.
The DORA regulation imposes strict requirements on financial institutions regarding digital operational resilience, particularly with respect to their third-party service providers. Intescia is currently developing a comprehensive response to these requirements: our risk management, business continuity, and information systems security practices are being aligned with DORA obligations. We already provide your compliance teams with all the necessary documentation (security policy, ISMS, incident reports) to facilitate your regulatory assessment and validation processes.
All data processed by Intescia is hosted and processed exclusively within the European Union. We do not transfer your data outside the EU, and we ensure that all of our data processors comply with the same requirements.
